Visiting the website
Cloudflare hosts and delivers this website. To serve pages and protect the service, it may process technical information such as your IP address, requested URL, request time, browser information and security events. We use hosting and security services on the basis of our legitimate interests in providing a reliable website and preventing misuse.
Cookies and tracking
The website does not include advertising trackers, visitor analytics scripts, embedded social feeds or third-party fonts. Its pages do not set cookies or use browser storage. Cloudflare security features may use strictly necessary cookies when needed to protect the service. Read Cloudflare’s cookie information.
If optional tracking is added in future, this notice will be updated and any required consent will be requested before it starts.
Contacting support
If you email us, we receive your email address, message and any details or attachments you choose to send, such as your device type and app version. We use these to answer your request, investigate problems and keep relevant correspondence. Our legal basis is our legitimate interest in answering enquiries and supporting players; where necessary to fulfil a purchase contract or a legal obligation, those bases also apply. Providing details is voluntary, but we may be unable to resolve a request without relevant information.
Recipients and international processing
Hosting and email service providers process information needed to deliver their services. Information may also be shared where legally required. We do not sell personal information or use support messages for marketing.
Cloudflare operates a global network, so technical information may be processed outside the UK or European Economic Area. Its privacy policy and data processing terms explain its international processing and transfer safeguards. Email support@garethtdigital.co.uk for information about the providers and safeguards relevant to your enquiry.
How long information is kept
Support correspondence is kept for as long as needed to resolve the request and follow-up issues. Relevant records may be kept longer where needed for legal obligations or to establish, exercise or defend legal claims. Hosting and security records are retained according to the provider’s service settings and operational requirements. You can contact us about retention or request deletion of information relating to you.
Your privacy rights
Depending on the information and the legal basis for using it, you may ask to access, correct or erase your personal data, restrict its use, object to processing based on legitimate interests, or receive a portable copy. Where processing relies on consent, you can withdraw it without affecting earlier lawful processing. These rights are subject to legal conditions and exemptions.
Email support@garethtdigital.co.uk to make a request. Please describe the information involved; do not send passwords or payment card details. We may ask for information needed to verify your identity. We normally respond within one month and will explain if an extension is needed.
You can complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office. If you live in the European Economic Area, you can also contact your local data protection supervisory authority.
External links
Google Play, Discord and other linked services operate under their own privacy notices. They receive information when you visit them. A link on this website does not embed their tracking technology here.
Automated decisions and changes
We do not use website or support information to make solely automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects. Cloudflare may automatically block requests identified as security threats. We will update this notice and its effective date when the website’s data practices materially change.
